Mission statement
The Next Step Collective CIC is a community-focused social enterprise based in Suffolk, dedicated to supporting women across Suffolk and neighbouring areas, as well as reaching a wider audience through online provision. Our mission is to empower women to rebuild confidence, develop practical skills, and access meaningful opportunities that enable them to move forward into employment, entrepreneurship, and a more positive future.
